La Manso NYC
Pop Up Store
in my Overview of Spatial Experience Design course at FIT, i was tasked to create a style deck and presentation board for a client that wants to design a retail space and utilize a specific design style(s). there was a big emphasis of making sure our ideas came across as clear as day, using imagery and text to exemplify an understanding of the client's business, industry and products/services communicated through a retail space.
the brand i chose was La Manso, the well-known jewelry brand founded in 2019 by Adriana Manso in Barcelona, Spain. the brand wants to open a pop-up store in NYC with an emphasis on their Shell and Tetier collaboration collections. it encapsulates the authenticity, playfulness, and naturality feel that these pieces offer to consumers when purchasing these collections. additionally, i incorporated design styles that is eclectic, modern, and speaking true to who La Manso is and how it is ever changing in it’s own way.
the project required me to do research on the brand’s target audience, gather inspiration, decided on featured products, a graphic palette, a materials palette, find a location, a floor plan with callouts, interior inspiration and references, colorized story boards, mockups of the story boards, social media campaigns, and graphic collateral for the event itself.
i utilized Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create this project.
this is a 15" x 60" presentation board presenting the required material from this project.
